Linqing Zhuanxin Bearing Co., Ltd., located in Liaocheng, home to bearing trading and bearing cage in China, has developed into a new high-tech enterprise integrating product design, mould development, and injection moulding.

We are professional in production of plastic cages and bearings, including deep groove balls, aligning balls, cylindrical rollers, spherical rollers, needle rollers, angular contact balls and tapered roller bearings, and plastic cages for thrust cylindrical rollers, thrust balls, straight lines and water pump bearings. Currently, our Company is able to produce 3,000 kinds of products, which are sold 50,000,000 annually, and has passed ISO9001-2008, TS16949-2009 Quality System Certification, establishing a stable quality control system.

Our cages are made by the exclusive raw materials provided by BASF and Dupont, and other heat-resisting and high-performance materials such as PA46 and PEEK. Computer-controlled automatic servo injection molding machine and centralized feeding system contribute to the unmanned automatic production, stable quality and high efficiency of the workshop. In the mould department, such complete processing equipment and detecting instruments of precision mould as CNC machining center, low speed wire cutting, mirror-plane electric spark shaping mill, and internal and external grinding machine are applied, which enables development of more than 200 kinds of new products annually.
